Hi! I'm Emily. I'm 6 1/2 years old. I'm in first grade at Pointview Elementary and my teacher is Miss Walker. My favorite colors are pink and purple, and I like to read (I am a good reader - I check out chapter books at the library now! Junie B. Jones books are my favorites) and do 'homework' at my big new desk.

Some of my favorite things to do are: paint, cut paper, tape stuff, dress up, play on the computer, go on walks with Dad, play cards (mostly Poker with Dad) or board games, watch TV (I really like the shows on Nick Jr. and Cartoon Network, and cooking shows like Rachel Ray on Food Network), ride my bike, and play outdoors when it's nice out. I am also in Brownies now. Mom is the troop leader. We have had fun doing craft stuff like make bracelets and paint shirts. I even sold some cookies!

I like all kinds of foods. Some favorites are: peanut butter and jelly, mac and cheese, pizza, spaghetti, black and green olives, any kind of chips, yogurt, applesauce, baby oranges, bread, chocolate milk, corn, hot dogs, Laffy Taffy...you get the idea. I have liked the same foods for a long time. I also like to help Mom or Dad cook. My favorite restaurant is Fujiyama Japanese restaurant. They cook the food at the table and make onion volcanoes. It's very cool! I also like to go to Crab Radio Shack (Joe's Crab Shack) and anyplace with pizza.

Something I am really excited about is our trip to Disney! We're going on Spring Break and it will be soooo fun! We will be eating breakfast with characters. It will be so awesome! Dad and I are going to go on the fast rides. Mom and Matthew don't like those. We're going for a whole week! I like to travel places. I go to Missouri and Maryland sometimes to see my grandmas and grandpas and aunts and uncles and people like that. We have a TV in the car with X-Box too.

Well, that is all I can think of to write about me. Mom's going to put on some pictures now I think. Bye!

Here's me when I was playing soccer last year. My team was the Avalanche. So we had white shirts, like snow. Get it? I'm not going to play this year, but I like ice skating.

This is the jacket my Grandma Jinx made for me. She made my mom one like it when she was a little girl like me. Mom says it is made out of the exact same green stuff! Isn't that weird? I like it. It's warm.

For Halloween this year I was a fairy. Mom made this for me. I picked out all the colors at JoAnn's. Isn't that so cute??

I got lots of babies for Christmas this year. I got a Baby Annabelle and a Cabbage Patch baby and this Amazing Amanda. She talks but I don't turn her on because she scared me one morning, but I still play with her and my other dolls a lot. I LOVE dolls and stuffed animals.

Something I like to do to bug Mom is make this crosseyed face. She hates it! I do it a lot when we try to take family pictures.

Last spring I got to sail on my Dad's sailboat for the first time. I loved it! It was so much fun.

This is me playing a game at Field Day last year. I made the bell ring! I think that guy helped it ring but I don't care! Really! I don't care about that guy.
